With access to a gym equipped with the finest functional equipment, armed with sports specific fitness knowledge, and backed by a strong passion and drive to help you achieve your goals I am committed to helping you excel in your sports.

Are you looking to improve your game as an individual?

imageWith experience coaching youngsters, amateur and semi professional rugby teams, conditioning runners for events and even being part of a national rowing team for a competition I have invested a lot of time to enable myself to break down each component of your game and finding the best way to increase your performance.

You may be a hooker in rugby looking to improve your line out throw, a competitive cyclist needing extra leg power, or just looking to improve your fitness and conditioning for your weekend games, come along to have a chat with me on how we can improve your game.

Are you a sports team needed some fitness testing, coaching or conditioning?

I can offer specific fitness testing to assess VO2 max, strength or endurance and test at regular intervals. image

I can also coach in large numbers at your venue or offer specific conditioning for sports at the gym.

 

This particular training is something that drives me on to go on seminars, courses and read countless books to ensure that I am up to date and armed with knowledge!
