Over the past nine month we have been working closely with a business to deliver indoor training sessions twice a week, consisting of circuits and boxercise.
We have had a fantastic response from participants and are very proud of their progress so far.
Whilst running these sessions we have had over 50 people come and try out our training sessions and they can’t seem to get enough.
We are excited to be beginning our after work bootcamps on a Wednesday afternoon between 4pm-5pm.
We strive to deliver fun, inclusive and challenging sessions each week pushing participants further.
