Furnace RFC charity hike

Furnace RFC charity hike

I am very pleased to be taking part in another charity hike of Pen Y Fan.

Furnace RFC charity hike

The Rugby Community is and always will be super close to my heart and being asked to help a team that I have shared many beers with (but never played for) is an honour.

They ey want to help a fantastic charity called Mind Llanelli as well as raise funds for their gym.

So on the 24th October we will head out bright and early to tackle an 8 mile route. I thought that I would make things a little more tough and also asked Chris Keenan their illustrious leader if holding a Bootcamp on top would be fun… He agreed. Apparently the props won’t be too pleased … Sorry lads #frontRowUnion I’ll look after you I promise.

Im sure they would appreciate any sponsor money you wish to donate so have a look at their Facebook page and donate if you can!

Would you like to become an affiliate of Achieving Fitness and earn some £?

We have started our race company “Light up Events” following the massive success of Run in the Dark.

We have a race on March 8th 2017 and will be holding several more in the coming months and years!

We are a small company and to keep in competition with the big names in the industry we rely on runners spreading the word and our supporters doing the same.

This March event is looking to sell out but we are looking for help.

So you can earn some money, and use it however you want by simply sharing our event, and if anyone signs up through your link, you get money back.

It’s easy to join, just click here, sign up and start sharing our event on facebook/Twitter/Instagram or wherever you wish.

Good luck and thanks for your support.

We are organising a fantastic event in March 2017, on a Wednesday Evening where you can light up the bay by running either a 5k or 10k run.light up cardiff

We encourage lots of lights and glowsticks and are raising funds for charitable causes, with part of the proceeds going to our newly formed Charity Trust.

We want you to set some goals, so why not set a new Jan resolution to run a 10k run? Then hit it by March!

Come along and enjoy the night as a race marshal or volunteer if running is not your thing!

Please send on the info to a runner friend!

Miss South Glamorgan International 2016File_000

Take a look at the hard work that Sadie Pulman, aka Miss South Glamorgan International 2016 is putting in to go and grab her crown.

We printed a fake crown to get her to visualise as she trained! We had a good laugh but also had her working hard at the gym.

Work hard, play hard!

Go grab that crown!

If you are interested in coming to Pen  Y Fan with Sadie and friends to raise money and support her then please visit this page here.

Boxing Cardiff

Impressed to have raised to date £770 for Cancer Research! Just Giving Link here!

I had an absolutely AMAZING night Boxing in Cardiff and you can see footage of the fight below.

My opponent was more experienced than I and came away with a win on points, but it has been a great learning experience and I am signed up to the March event already!

I would like to thank everyone who supported me to help UWCB raise over 2.7 MILLION this year for the charity. I think that’s an achievement right there!

Ultra White Collar Boxing Cardiff

Ultra White Collar Boxing Cardiff

For some idiotic reason I decided it would be a good idea to sign up for 2  months boxing training followed by a charity fight on the 19th December 2015. I am doing this with Ultra White Collar Boxing company who host events throughout the UK and raise MILLIONS for charity.

Having only done boxercise before this will be a big step up for me to actually be sparring and ultimately fighting with an opponent.

I think my fitness will be fine but I will have to learn more boxing before the event to ensure I can stand my ground.

This is all for charity, Cancer Research UK.

We all have someone who has been affected by Cancer in some way, and the three 2 minute rounds I will face are nothing compared to what a person suffering Cancer comes close to, so with that in mind please help me fundraise so that one day there is a cure for Cancer.

If you wish to come to the event or book a VIP table get in touch with me for information, until then please visit my JustGiving Page and make a small or big donation.

Thank you all.

Can you volunteer? If you can’t run then please get in touch to volunteer at Run in the dark Cardiff. We need your help to make this event work!
