Days 29 – 35
Days 29 – 35 – Well we have passed the half way mark, and nearly half of the boxers that started seem to have dropped out, some new ones have arrived, but the others may come back.
Sparring sessions have started to intensify and get harder, more challenging and sometimes less fun (after a few punches to the head it’s not as fun)!

Days 15-21 of the White Collar Boxing Training
Days 15-21 I took the opportunity to ease off a bit and have some rest days, which are vital for the body to recover and repair and prevent injuries.
I took a couple of days off on the Monday and Tuesday and went back at it on the Wednesday.

Days 1-7 – An Update
So officially day 1 was Monday 19th. We had a meeting and welcomed everyone and blah blah blah.
But to me day 1 was Wednesday, where we actually got into the boxing gym properly and had a fitness beasting.
Some vomited, we all sweated. Seeing Denzil Lawrence the boxing coach walk around during sit ups and punching people in the stomach was an early introduction into the hell we will face over the next 8 weeks!
I decided to share my Ultra White Collar Boxing (UWCB) blog with the world.
As a personal trainer and fitness class instructor I see many apprehensive individuals coming up to me and starting on their fitness journey.
I never thought I would be back in that boat again!
